I'm just leaving this review for I believe her name is Sandy for Friday February 6th I had came in about 11:00 at in the evening my car had broke down she was super helpful helping me get in the room get my car parked the next day I needed to stay they were super helpful I really enjoyed the day they made my unpleasant time of the car breaking down the most pleasant of a time that they can make it would definitely stay again if you're ever in Birch run stay at Days inn Birch run on Birch run
The rooms were pretty nice, Very good for the price. The bathroom door we had was very old and did not close right, and the front door was hard to lock correctly. But we figured it out. There is a $100 deposit you have to put down in case of damage, which they do not tell you until you get there. The front staff, however, were all very kind and professional.
If you like to spend money, go down the road and pay DOUBLE or triple the price somewhere else. But if you are looking for a clean, comfortable, and close stay to the main road at a very affordable rate, then stay here. Staff is super nice and conversational. I will be back! Joe
Rooms appeared as though they had some recent renovations. Loved the breakfast set up. Easy check in and check out. Only complaint, if you can call it that, would be the service was dry (not that it was bad service.... just never seen a smile, nor heard a friendly hello). Price was decent.
Finding the place was the hardest thing. The place is old and run down. The ceiling in one corner has had a water leak that has never been fixed of was a very poor repair job. The beds were comfortable. Decor was none exsistant It was reasonably clean. Tha a/c worked very well, but you couldn't adjust the direction of the ice cold air, it went straight towards the bed I woke up early in temorning with something crawling on my back, it's dead now. It was just a large bug of some kind. Turned us right off, and we were ready to leave. Breakfast was in the other hotel, the same one you check into for the Days Inn ! It was a different world altogether. Fresh fruit, cereal, fresh waffles,begals,English muffins breakfast sausages, and juice coffee Needless to say, we will not be back.
Good location for the Frankenmuth and Birch Run area...my biggest issues were hardly any water pressure in the shower and the ice machine wasn't working, although there may have been another in a different building. It's also definitely not sound proof, but i slept pretty good which is the whole point.
Older motel, but was clean. Only complaint was the ceiling, the paint was missing or peeling and the toilet was super short and low to the ground.
The location is central to restaurants, Birch Run Outlets and right by the expressway! The rooms were clean and the breakfast was good, when I made it there in time. Staff was kind and helpful. Jasmin is an absolute doll and really helped with all of our needs!
